Visa Information

You are encouraged to check visa requirements well in advance of travel, as entry requirements vary depending on nationality. Information on visa eligibility and the application process is available through the Republic of Türkiye's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Please consult the official website here before making your travel arrangements.

Should you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application, please email the International Congress Office and an invitation will be emailed to you, noting this does not imply any financial support for your participation at the Congress.

You must have registered in advance to be issued a letter of invitation.
